Yes, Brady still runs every where he goes. EVERYWHERE...to get his shoes from his closet, to the dinner table, to the car, to his Sunday school classroom, to play with his brother, to play with his cousins, to play with his friends! Brady has been a bundle of energy since the moment we saw his face. With all of that energy, Brady also has the sweetest heart. He is kind, most of the time to his little brother, and sugar sweet to his baby sister. He loves life. He loves to play and is somewhat competitive we are now starting to see. Where did he get that from Jeff??? His voice volume is always on high. He laughs a ton and likes to tease. This year in particular he has embraced his inner cowboy. He wears his boots ALL the time no matter what else he has on, "Shorts with boots?" No problem. That is why we chose to give him a cowboy birthday party this year. All of his friends drove up to my parents ranch and celebrated Brady turning 4 with us. Brady has some amazing friends!
First we ate lunch.
Sweet Kennedy with Jeff. She had boots on, but they came off rather soon into the party.
Next we walked out to the corrals to do some ranchin'.
We were bull riders on the bucking barrel.
We branded planks of wood.
We roped a cow head and rode the quad.
We rode the horse...Harley. :)
After all that ranch work we were hungry. We went back up to the house for some cake, ice cream and presents. (He really wanted a football cake even though it was a cowboy party).
It was a really fun cowboy day! Happy 4th Birthday Brady! We love you.
